Domino's Pizza - Broxbourne

I placed an order at 10:24pm, received a confirmation and payment was deducted from my account. However, my order never arrived and the restaurant is now closed. The service was absolutely terrible! I will never order from this restaurant again. This company is a complete scam.

Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service is terrible. The staff were rude and unpleasant. We waited for 2 and a half hours for our delivery, only for it to arrive cold. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone was indifferent and put on a fake cheerful voice when I asked to speak to the manager. I will never order from Domino's again. Absolutely appalling.

I decided to drive to the store in person, where I was met with resistance. The manager threatened to call the police when I insisted on receiving my full order together. She then took a portion of our pizza and promised a refund, but refused to provide any proof of the transaction. She stated that we would have to wait 5 days for the refund, leaving my family without dinner for the night. Throughout the ordeal, the manager maintained a smug attitude that was completely unacceptable. Maggie, the manager, clearly lacks basic customer service skills and should not be in a managerial or customer-facing role. This experience was utterly ridiculous and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Me and my girlfriend got a takeaway order from here and we used the tracker. The tracker told us our food had arrived when it hadn’t. I called up to double check and they said they had put it through to delivered by mistake but the food had left them. 20 minutes later the food still had not arrived. I tried to call them again and they did not answer. My girlfriend then tried and she was put on hold and they immediately hung up on her. The food then arrived around 10 minutes later (about an hour after we ordered it). The driver was extremely apologetic and he said that he had not been given my contact details so had been driving around for 15/20 minutes trying to find where I live even though I said in the additional comments that if they call me I can give directions until he got through to someone back at dominoes to get a number off them . He also said that when I called to ask where the food was the person at the other end of the phone was likely to have told me it had left just to get me off the phone even though that was not true as he had not even been assigned my order yet. The food quality was very good. But this was very complicated to sort out for a simple order for two people that only needed taking 10 minutes down the road

Order two pizzas took 3 hours and they delivered one. Remember when pizza used to come in half or it was free. Can't give you a refund for a week. Don't bother
