Sonic Drive-in - Burleson

Have Ordered here twice and it’s been soooo freakin good each time food was super hot drinks weren’t flat, blast made perfectly.

Went to this location to pick up an order for someone. Upon pushing the button I was told to exit my vehicle and meet someone in the middle area by the tables. I remained in my car for several minutes as I watched other customers be helped. I proceeded to get out of my car and go stand in the middle area by the tables. A guy walked out and said “what do you need?” I told him whose order I was there for. He then told me “yeah I told you in the beginning to exit your vehicle to get your order. Now that you did, I’ll have your order sent out.” A lady then comes out with the order, I asked if the ranch was in the bag and she said “I don’t know”. I then asked for 5 ranch packets like the customer requested. She went inside and the guy came back out and said “we only give out 2 for a combo meal, not giving 5 for mozzarella sticks.” I said so the paying customer doesn’t get what they requested? He said “nope they don’t.” I said I will never be back here and he said “good, dont”.I personally will never spend money at this sonic again!

Can never go wrong with Sonic! The ice is the best..

I love that a chicken fried steak sandwich has been added!!

The order of popcorn chicken I received was predominantly fried batter, with very little actual chicken. The tots and drink were good, and the carhop was very nice.
