Whataburger - Burleson

I placed an online order and messed up the order. I questioned the order and Tyler came up front and explained that they made the order just as I had ordered online. He had no attitude or sarcasm and I politely said you’re right, I did order it incorrectly. Tyler kindly picked up my bag of food and went back to the kitchen and made what I thought I ordered and was very kind in the process. Well done Tyler.

I am sorry to say that I waited for an hour for my food at this restaurant. The two-line system allowed five people ahead of me, even though the staff was working hard. Unfortunately, something in the system was not working properly. All of my food arrived cold, despite living only 5 minutes away. I used to love your onion rings but this time they were so cold that the fat had turned into paste.

The food is average at best, and even then, they sometimes get the order wrong. The customer service is extremely rude, especially towards the elderly. I have stopped going for a while in the hopes that they will improve, but unfortunately they have not.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow and the customer service is terrible. The staff is disorganized. The food is not worth the wait.

Expect to wait a good 20+ minutes in line when coming here, especially at night. I spent 35 mins in line just for a drink, I'd have left but you can't get out when both lanes are
