Syhiba - Calderdale

We’ve eaten a few times at Syhiba there’s a decent selection of vegan currys and starters, (though it’s not extensive eg the only sundries that are vegan are the boiled rice and chapatti… BUT I have to say the flavours of the food are absolutely delicious the best curry I’ve had in Calderdale.

I’ve loved Syhiba for years, even before I went vegan, and now that I am vegan I’ve found that this is one of the best curry houses in Halifax for marking vegan options. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is amazing, couldn’t fault any of it. The only thing stopping here from getting a five is that it serves meat.

Lots of vegan options clearly marked. Cash only and no alcohol which suits me. Staff very friendly and immaculately clean

Stopped here on Friday night after the pub for some food, very reasonably priced and a really good range of vegan options. It's BYOB so something to eb aware of!

We were rushed through every part of the meal felt like we were at a cattle market then when the bill came we put the money on the tray and the waiter asked when he picked it up if we wanted any change back , had wanted a nice meal out as a couple but instead got a rushed hurried meal . Not nice experience
