Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

On August 17 at 10:45 am, My daughter and I stopped at this Bojangles in Calera. Due to our initial conversation with drive thru personnel, we chose to leave without spending a dime. She was rude.

Chicken strips, were like something that came out of a tv dinner. Small, dried out and lifeless. For $8. The customer before me was taking their food back because it was old but i gave it a chance anyway. This restaurant used to be good.

I consistently find myself waiting for ages for them to cook the chicken with nearly every order. The drive-thru service is unpredictable; it can be slow and rude at times, or just mediocre, but it’s never truly great.

The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was decent in a clean environment. There were a couple of mistakes with the order, but they were quickly resolved. However, please note that their hours are now limited to 5 PM.

We were on our way to Florida and decided to stop here for a meal. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After waiting for 45 minutes without any food, I opted for a refund and we left. A friend who was with us was on his way to the hospital and also received a refund. I made the decision to leave after looking up reviews while in the restaurant and seeing numerous comments about how slow the service is. Unbelievable.
