This is the worst Italian restaurant I have visited in all of Cali. Not only was the food of poor quality but so was the service. A friend recommended this restaurant but for their pizza. However, I went with friends for the pasta. I wish I had taken photos of the food because for this establishment to say that they serve Italian dishes is absolute disrespect to the Italian culture. My friends ordered a Caprese salad and what they had were sliced tomatoes layered on top of melted cheese that looked nothing like Buffala. They politely sent it back as it is not a Caprese salad. For myself, I ordered Alfredo pasta which was extremely poor in quality. It was a bowl of flat noodles swimming in bland white sauce that had absolutely no flavor what's so ever. A bottle of Ragu sauce from the supermarket would have suited better for what was served to me. The Sangria as well as of poor as it had a bitter taste that was hidden by the fruit. The waiter took 25 minutes to come and ask us for our order. He appeared to be extremely nervous and I was quite surprised by his lack of care as there were only four tables occupied in the entire restaurant on a Friday night. When we complained about the food, it seemed that he did not have a care in the world, and didn't make an attempt to rectify the situation. He then had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to carry the food home. Respectfully, we should have been offered a discount. We paid the bill in full and went next door to a higher-quality Italian restaurant with proper customer service. I do not recommend this place to eat Italian food. The customer service is poor, and it is expensive for the poor quality of food.
