You can place your order at one of the four digital kiosks or at the counter. My drink was ready within minutes after I ordered. There's also a drive-thru, and the restaurant is conveniently connected to a gas station. The iced coffee I ordered was excellent.
The water temperature in the bathroom sink was quite hot. I attempted to discuss the staff at both the gas station and McDonald's, but overall, the food was good.
