The Old Gate Inn - Canterbury

We decided to have lunch at this inn in Canterbury since we would be arriving around noon and it was conveniently located next to the park&ride. I had looked at the vegan menu beforehand and it sounded very tasty. Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered did not match the description on the menu. For instance, the cauliflower couscous salad did not contain any couscous or pomegranate. The aubergine rolls were undercooked and the lettuce was not fresh. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

As we arrived in canterbury on the afternoon, this guest house seemed like a good choice for lunch, as it was conveniently located next to the park.

I booked on Sunday morning about her app to arrive and for her not even have my booking on her system. I showed my confirmation for the staff and didn't even get an apology!

The place and the eating itself are good and we will return. but do not book it through an open table. the personal was not even aware of what it was and our booking had changed from the people who showed on the app to the people on their anti-booking system. Nevertheless they were very good and worked hard to accommodate us with nice service. in future I will book directly by phone.

A beautiful place for Sunday lunch nothing negatiw to say eating was fabulous and much of it. personal incredibly helpful
