Arby's - Cape Girardeau

My review isn't aimed at the company itself, but rather at the employees! The overnight team in Cape Girardeau is fantastic! (5/8/22) Corporate, it's time to step up and take care of your stores and systems. If you can't do that, then consider shutting down and ensuring your employees are compensated regardless!

The service is always excellent. The staff is friendly and patient, and the food quality is consistently reliable. I've never waited more than five minutes from the time I joined the line to when I received my meal.

The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean, but it took the staff three attempts to get my order right.

Workers could be a little more friendly.... at least say something. Lately, every time I go, I am told the total, give them my money, I get change the my food is handed out the window. All of this is done without saying anything other than the total of my order. I used to say thank you, but stopped since I don't get a response back. Food is priced too high for the quality. Food is NEVER fresh
