Mcdonald's - Carlisle

The McChicken was crispy, although it could have used a bit more lettuce; however, it was quite tasty overall. The French fries were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, with just the right amount of salt this time. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I should have known better than to order delivery from a fast food restaurant. By the time the food arrives, it's always cold. Normally, I wouldn't entirely blame McDonald's for this, but the fries were undercooked. Cold, undercooked fries are a major deal breaker for me. If the burgers hadn't been made as we requested, this would have earned them just one star. Fortunately, they did prepare the burgers correctly and included all the condiments we asked for. While I don't hold them responsible for the cold fries, I do fault them for serving undercooked ones.

I asked for no extra straws or utensils, but sadly, they weren't provided. I ordered a meal for my toddler grandchildren, who like their sandwiches cut into small pieces so they can use a fork. Now I'm left with two sticky toddlers to clean up after!

I visited the drive-thru around 2 PM today and was impressed by the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond by crafting a root beer float for my son, even though it isn't on the menu! It was truly a delightful experience to receive such cheerful service, especially with a special request like that. Keep up the great work!

The restaurant is located in a very inviting and convenient area, but it does have a somewhat cluttered feel to it. The ordering system is efficient, and using the digital kiosks to place my order was smooth; I hardly had to wait at all. However, I am worried about the diminishing portion sizes at McDonald's, which appear to be getting smaller over time. Additionally, the restaurant was rather crowded, and there was quite a bit of mess.
