Molly Pitcher Brewing Company Taproom On High

This is a great spot in downtown Carlisle for a quick beer and a snack. They offer a diverse selection of beers, both on tap and in cans. The menu isn't extensive, but the items available are fresh and delicious. During my visit on Wednesday afternoon, there were only two servers working, but they were both friendly and efficient.

I had a wonderful experience with the very friendly service and a great variety of beers. While I didn't order any food during my first visit, my companions mentioned that their meals were delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back. Update: I finally got to try the food and it did not disappoint! The mayo onion dish is a must-try. The beers this time were fantastic as well. Once again, the service was excellent. I truly feel like this place is a hidden gem in Carlisle, and I'm excited to return.

This restaurant has a fantastic brewery vibe, but the true highlight was the food. They offer a perfect blend of spice, featuring a delicious jalapeño coleslaw, along with a range of complex flavors. The beer selection is diverse, showcasing a variety of solid, flavorful options that go beyond just IPAs.

Visited Carlisle for a day and stumbled over this brewery. The staff was super boring and the beer and the wings should die. The beer is made directly on the street and brought over, the freshest as it can be right? Don't miss this stop when you drive from Carlisle. The staff??, they take the say, it is not the place where it is people at a completely new level! Ps: The walk around the area is also very beautiful!

Such a great home town brewery!! The food was so good we ate it before we got a picture of it. All the beer was absolutely awesome! If you are out of town and need a great lunch spot!! This is it. The staff was so kind and caring. Help my wife and I every step! Making sure we knew what we were getting and why. Can't wait to go back!!
