Carl's Jr. - Carlsbad

I had an excellent experience with fast service at the restaurant. I came specifically for the spicy jalapeño Thickburger. For an extra dollar, I was able to add an additional patty (1/3 pound) of 100% Angus beef, making the total price $7.99. With two thick patties, jalapeños, tomatoes, fresh lettuce, and buns, it's a challenge to fit this burger in my mouth! It's like trying to eat an elephant—one bite at a time, I suppose. The orange sauce is what gives it the spiciness, rather than the jalapeños. Oh, and I should mention that the desserts were also fantastic, especially since there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer.

I had the broth fish sandwich, and I really liked it. It met my expectations. However, this was my second time, and the tweezers were not good again. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

This Carl's Jr is the worst place I've ever eaten. The drive thru female associate was grotesque. It took forever to get my food and I believe my food was tainted. I'd sue if I had evidence! I'll never eat there AGAIN!

Yep it's a Carl's Jr! Good burgers, fries, chicken, and this Carl's Jr was relatively clean. Perfect if you want a small bite before going to the Del Mar race track! Also the restrooms are open... that's nice.
