That's a high 4. Excellent customer service/engagement, clean and pleasant environment. We ordered the classic Chicago Deep dish and some house key lime cheesecake. Very delicious! Every time I visit, I've been overcharged! The pizza is good, but not exceptional. I was charged an extra $25, and if I hadn’t checked the bill, I would have missed it. I'm tired of all the hassle; just get it right! It shouldn't be that difficult. I might start looking for another place to eat.

That was our first experience at the restaurant, and it was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly! Tracy (if I spelled that right) was a wonderful and funny server. The food was amazing! The quality was impeccable, and the atmosphere was inviting. I forgot to grab a photo of the salad, but here’s one of our pizza.
