The Cracker Box Diner - Carson City

This restaurant is wonderful. The food is consistently fantastic and the service is good. Although they can get very busy, the wait is worth it for the delicious food.

Everything was excellent, especially the orange juice made with freshly squeezed oranges!

My husband thought his food was great, but he didn't like the ranch dressing. My food was just okay - the fruit cup was mushy and unappetizing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable. Our waitress was attentive at first, but after we finished eating, we were left waiting for over 15 minutes for a to-go box and the check. We were then informed that we had to use the ATM to pay. Despite this, the waitress never returned to collect our cash or give us change. As a result, she received a generous tip. Unfortunately, the food ended up upsetting both of our stomachs.
