I don't take kindly to multiple pieces of hair in my sandwich! To add, the bread to my wife's sandwich was crumbly and falling apart... see pics of someone's hair with split ends... smh... I called and spoke to the shift lead Daniella as the Manager Genawasn't available, she did apologize but thats not what I want to hear Daniella... where's my refund!!

I don't believe that they hiring only Spanish speaking people, they have no clue what you're ordering, no wonder that you get a ham sandwich instead of a Turkey sandwich. Guess they work for less . Doesn't look good for the establishment.

I ordered a turkey ham an cheese sub they gave me a hook an ladder didn?t have time to go back it was lunch. I didn?t say to add extras

The manager is nothing but rude and unprofessional. She was emptying the tea machines as we were getting drinks. She never did move aside for us to get lids and straws and it wasn't until I said (loudly) that I just wanted a lid. She moved to the counterand huffed at us. She sat at the counter, with her hands on her hips, glaring at us. She never did greet us or anything. There'sthree guys behind the line, on their phones. Meanwhile there is a nasty mess sitting on the floor thats been here since we gothere. Looks like someone was in the middle of cleaning it up and just left it. There's only been three people since we've beenhere and they've all gotten their stuff and left. Really disappointment that the manager lets it be like this.

I ordered the Jamaican jerk sandwich and the cashier jeweleah started on my order but with her gloves on, she started scratching her forehead and fiddling with her clothes and with those same gloves touching my food. She did give a refund with no problembut food preparers should be more mindful, touching their mouth, face eyes when handling food. Also when touching money or thecashier to replace your gloves.
