Wendy's - Cedar Rapids

I waited a long time after ordering three items at Wendy's. The Dr. Pepper I ordered had no taste, the Baconator fries were undercooked, and there were no utensils provided for the strawberry Frosty. This will be the last time I visit a Wendy's.

The restaurant I visited had cold and salty food, reminiscent of your grandmother during Thanksgiving dinner with your rude uncle. I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the overall unkempt appearance of the restaurant, including sticky floors.

I felt like I was waiting forever to eat, and I was disappointed with the cold hamburger that was served to me. I asked for a warmer one, but the replacement burger was just as cold. It seemed like they just gave me the same burger I had complained about. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

When we arrived, 3 or 4 employees were sitting in the dining room. no customers. they put themselves on work when we got in. the type that took our order was good enough, but another stood beside him while he was talking his pants halfway down. ees came and sat in the dining room while we eat. very unprofessional, and someone slept in a back stand. no idea whether it was a hired or a homeless. that was not the wendys I know and love.

I've been here several times because it's closest to home and they have literally never gotten an order correct, even after you tell them your order multiple times, and they are often incredibly rude when you ask for your actual order. Brain dead employees. Go to the Wendy's on Edgewood road, the extra drive is worth your time.
