Chili's Grill - Centerville

Our family loves to come here. So many options. The food is always fantastic, the atmosphere is always fantastic. Today we all came for my wife’s birthday and Alex waited on us. She was perfectly attentive. Not too much, but constantly watching to be sure we were taken care of. Friendly and professional. Delightful evening.

Chilli's in Centerville needs an upgrade to inside. Service was good, food was same for years.

My children and I bring lamidea from visiting new places on Sundays, and today I'm playing chilis... excellent service, very friendly waitress and hostess, but the food is very seasoned, the meats, and the wings would be excellent a little more golden brown... A 7 out of 10

Food is ok.Great service.Defintly they should do something about food.It's just taste diferent from other locations.Don't know why.I been to chillis 200 times at least.I know what should taste like.Taste diferentIn negative way by the way.Besides that everything else is near perfect.

The food was ok, just nothing special, I ordered the ribeye steak, it came with very little seasoning, I was told it had a garlic sauce on top but it had no flavor, just "meh "Our waitress seemed overwhelmed with orders but did her best and could not be faulted for her performance.As for the atmosphere, it was cramped, waitresses/ waiters struggled to move around guests, the table behind us had to us a high chair, and that chair was back to back with one of our chairs.At one point, so much was happening. A small cup of mustard fell off a plate our waitress was removing from our table and landed all over my son, she was super sweet and did her best to help fix the situation, but I believe the cramped space caused that to happen.I likely won 't be back.Parking: Lots of parking. They have their own spacious lot, and they are attached to a Walmart parking lot. Typically, Walmart customers do not park that far back.
