Mamak Vegan Kitchen - Chamblee

We paid about $40 for a meal and paid using their table app. What the table app doesn't tell you is they automatically add gratuity on top of the bill (so we ended up paying gratuity twice). Spoke to the staff and they said they were able to refund the meal the table app charged, I just had to pay them directly using my own credit card. Checked my account the next day and the initial charge still wasn't refunded. Spoke to the manager and he said it shows on their balance that the initial charge was refunded and to just wait a few days. Its been a month and I still haven't been refunded from that initial purchase so basically, we ended up getting charged DOUBLE $80 for a meal. We're never going back here the staff and manager who spoke to us are both incompetent with how their dining app works and how money is charged so if you choose to dine here I would be careful when making payments.

Love this place, I would like for them to opt on healthier rice options for customers. It’s a nice junk vegan restaurant when you want quality but the price is also a bit expensive for the quantity. If you are looking to transition from meat to vegan, this is a start! The curry flower, coconut soup, olive fried rice, sesame chicken dish, beyond randang dish honey chicken dish are amazing dishes I enjoy!
