Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Charlotte

I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie and food, and by the time my food was finished, my smoothie still wasn't ready. There were 3 employees, but 2 of them seemed to have left the young man alone, who was clearly struggling to keep up. The smoothie just tasted like ice, but I could see the pressure the boy was under, so I decided to let it go. This restaurant needs to hire staff who actually care about their customers.

I opted for takeout and upon arrival, I had to wait as one staff member seemed to be overwhelmed. I believe that anyone willing to work should be hired at this point. Although the staff member was friendly, it was clearly too much for one person to handle. As a result, my smoothie, which I have had enough to know how it should taste, was unpleasant. The restaurant should improve its staffing to avoid such a negative experience, as it was a terrible way to start my day.
