Burger King - Chattanooga

I found the service at this restaurant to be quite slow. The staff seemed unmotivated as there were 10 cars lined up, and each vehicle was asked to hold on while waiting at the speaker. They didn't take orders until the person in front had paid and received their food, which created a frustrating delay.

Hispanic manager picks syrup or something off the floor puts it in my bag and proceeds to hand my order out the window she did it real slick like but I caught it I told her I didn’t want it and she issued my refund but let’s be realistic here food and everything else is way to high to be getting bad service and triflin actions being done I was already surprised how high French toast went up and she does that get it together this was done 11/19/22 at 6:40am run them cameras cuz that was crazy of her I’m writing this review while in the parking lot of BK I wasn’t gone waste no time

Could not get any part of the order right so Burger King only does it their way fyi manager said if we would drive back he would replace order

Friendly staff good service unfortunately the dinning area not so clean could use a thorough cleaning

They are so slow and they completely said forget it and didn't give me any of the fries I ordered. Also, they seemed to be training a new guy at the window. He is a black guy and was frustrated and rude..and his nails are long and filthy! I felt disgusted grabbing my bag from him.
