M&s Cafe - Cheltenham

When I went for lunch I had a choice between M&S Cafè or McDonald’s I chose M&S Cafè as I haven’t been in a while and I wanted a cheese sandwich. When we got in the cafè part it was quiet and filled with a friendly atmosphere (which I love :D) so right off the bat it would be the best cafè I’ve ever been to. Had a cookie, cheese sandwich, an apple juice and a piece of fruit which were all very good. All in all a great experience 10/10. JTS aged 10

We decided to have the Oak-Smoked Bacon with Scrambled Egg on toast...with Columbian Coffee and Fresh Orange Juice... Oh My Goodness!! Heaven on a Plate...seved by angels... We had humour, delightfully prompt service and a peaceful break in a beautiful atmosphere.

Very busy, had to wait a while to get a table. staff need some sorting out.meals and drinks ok. but not one of the better cafes.we would not go again.

We arrived to a queue which didn’t move at all for 30 minutes. Eventually got coffees and gave our toasties to be heated. We sat down, drank our coffees and waited and waited for our toasties for a further 30 minutes. There were 4 members of staff, I cannot understand the time wait. It’s a disgrace.
