Don't go in expecting the usual chain experience. You will have to wait for your drink, but it will be the best you've ever had, because they take time and care over the making. As well as good coffee, the cake is to die for :

Large portion eating and beautiful coffee. also their friendly staff. the only thing I would say is that we went there on a sunny day and the room seemed to be a bit stubborn.

I prefer to patronize independent restaurants over generic chain establishments, like the one across the street. This place was a nice spot to stop for coffee while shopping in downtown Cheltenham. I would definitely come back again.
