Sibley's -b-q - Chester

We had a wonderful experience at Sibleys. It was our first night in town, and after a long day of moving, we were ready for a satisfying meal. The BBQ was fantastic, and the vegetables we ordered were just as delicious. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were among friends. We will definitely return for another great meal in a safe environment.

The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The brisket was overcooked and incredibly dry, while the okra tasted frozen and only deep-fried, lacking any real crunch. The beans reminded me of canned Bush's beans. Overall, the atmosphere was mostly pleasant, featuring an open layout with several tables grouped together in the center of the room.

Great BBQ at affordable prices! While the prices have increased like at other restaurants, the hike isn't as steep. You can get a plate of food for about $12 here, whereas in Richmond, the same size plate with smaller portions costs $15. This place has been a Chester tradition for decades, and if the locals rave about the food, that's a good indication that you'll enjoy it too. During my recent visits, I brought four friends, and each of us was impressed by the delicious food!

Great family restaurant. Eat or run. I have a family package for pulled pork, rolls and two sides. It was a lot of food for 4 and cost less than $25. The grill was moist and smokey. The sides were also tasty, my favorite was the beans with tomatoes. If you like grill, try it.
