Starbucks - Chesterfield

I give this restaurant 4 stars for the excellent service provided by the staff. However, the manager has a troubling tendency to yell at her employees, which has resulted in a high turnover rate. She could benefit from professional assistance.

Every time I visit this Starbucks, whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening, the service is always exceptional! Every staff member is extremely friendly, which I truly appreciate. I frequent this location since I work at the mall, and everyone there is really great. They even remember my order without needing to ask, which is impressive! I wish I could remember a few more of their names, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stop by.

This was a completely different and unusual experience at Dieucks. It appears that the staff is not well trained and may be outsourced. They didn't have any of the three food or snack options I requested, and it took some time to communicate my drink order, even though it was a simple and light selection. Nonetheless, overall, the staff was friendly and helpful.
