Waffle House - Clarksville

A dark, cold and windy Saturday, about ten of my friends entered this Waffle House and occupied a single one. (in a tedious and initial way I could add) as we slowly created a half circle of additional chairs in this crowded facility, a heroic server called jade took our orders with greatest professionalism and ease. jade got every order right and was sure to check on us several times if any other server had turned his heads. although we were to have been removed from the restaurant forcibly, the glorious food came out with a respectable speed. this waffel house is our waffel home thanks to the server jade.

Where do I start, what is funny is my man thought this place would be great because of the grace. Once he wanted to drink a coffee, I noticed a lipstick mark on the cup! the coffee cup they gave him was dirty in the middle of a pandemic. when the waitress found out that she played the whole thing and said we scared her and she thought something was happening. this whole part was crazy, but also outside this event I would have written a bad review. my agitation was in the ground egg pancake and the speck was like sticks. I won't be back.

Tonight I had a terrible experience in this on the madison road, I went to a peaceful evening meal with my son and two of her fellow workers I accept were sitting out of the clock sitting only in the closed section, loud, singing to music they had played on a Bluetooth speaker. the waitress had complained that they had to clean up after they had made a mess after they had cooked themselves. it was very unpleasant, I really like the waffelhaus and never had a bad complain.

Very rude and not friendly at all. I will not return to this location. Staff never acknowledged we were there waiting to be seated or at least said have a seat. They waited on another gentleman before us that walked in after us and never once said hello or good morning to either of us. I honestly felt unwelcome there!!
