Frenchy's Salt Water Cafe - Clearwater

Whole menu is awesome, but shout out to the famous Grouper sandwich! Comes a variety of ways, the original is beer battered fried, cheese , tomato on a onion bun. AMAZING!! Frenchy?s won?t disappoint!

My sisters and I dined here on Thursday, 07/21, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food, service and atmosphere was great. We had the conch fritters, crab fries, grouper nuggets basket and the crispy chicken sandwich. It was sooo yummy, theportions were also so huge, we could not finish it all. Josh is an excellent employee as well, provided excellent service. Wewill be back!

This is the best restaurant we’ve eaten at since arriving in Clearwater, and it's not just the most affordable! The staff is incredibly friendly. Our server, Emily, provided excellent recommendations and even took the time to chat with our son about the fish on the walls. She was so welcoming! Tomorrow is our last day here, and we’ll definitely be coming back for dinner before we leave!

Overall, it's a fantastic place! We easily found a parking spot in the back, and there’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. We chose to sit on the front deck.

Absolutely fantastic! As a Greek girl from Tarpon Springs, I ordered the octopus without expecting much, but it blew me away—so tender and delicious! I also tried the grouper nuggets and calamari, and everything was excellent. And let me tell you, the deep-fried Oreos are out of this world! Highly recommend!
