Chanelle's Treatz - Cleveland

I ordered a cake from Orlando for my father's 80th birthday party, and I have to say... it was absolutely perfect! I had no problems with communication at all. Chanelle was very quick to respond to all of my questions. The cake was incredibly delicious, and I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone in search of a fantastic cake. It wasn't overly sweet, it wasn't dry—it's likely the best cake my father has ever tasted. Thank you, Chanelle!

My friend ordered a cake, and another friend picked it up around 2 PM on Monday, August 15. We served the cake around 7 PM, and all five of us agreed that it was dry. When I contacted the store, I was told that they don't offer refunds. At the very least, they could have replaced the cake. The employee claimed the cake was moist, but if it had been moist, I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of returning it to the store. It was simply disappointing.

This was a Google search that really didn't go well, and I should have checked the reviews myself. Honestly, nothing offered here is worth $100. I could tell it was going to be a disaster when I saw the cake! I decided to try the cupcakes instead, but to my disappointment, they were crumbly and dry—definitely not baked properly. My sister mentioned that the cake had a strange lemony taste, and in general, the cake was unappetizing and looked like it was thrown together in a rush. Everything was overwhelmingly sweet, and as a result, everyone ended up with stomachaches. If I hadn't needed this so last minute, I would have spent my $100 at Cupcake Mama 216 instead.

We ordered a large cupcake cake, cake pops and a gluten-free vegan cake for my son’s birthday. The order went very smoothly. I truly appreciated that my texts were answered promptly and very professionally, which gave me reassurance that everything would be ready on time and prepared exactly as I had requested.My son was incredibly excited about the design of the cupcakes. Everything was gorgeous and made with care. The cake pops were to die for. I’ve already had 3 and I don’t normally eat a lot of sugar. The gluten-free vegan cake was really moist (I’ve had some in the past from other places that were like concrete, or cardboard, or both, it’s not an easy request) and truly delicious. I’m really impressed, and it takes a lot.I’m so grateful that Chanelle was on top of this and made our day. We’re already ordering from her for the next party.

Very clean establishment and the workers here was very professional….. Now down to the cake (which was a Casata cake) that was ordered for my daughter it was very pretty the icing was very good and the filling we loved but boy the cake it’s self what ever is going on in that department they need to Critique it very dry and taste like cornmeal cornbread!!!!!! It was just horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Reached out to the establishment to try and get a refund only to be fast talked and to be told we will only be issued a store credit (what would possibly make you think if you ruined my child’s birthday with a bad cake I would return to order something else). We really tried to support a local baking company but this one is definitely not it!!!!!????? And once again for the second time when we tried to express our concerns we were just fast talked.. worst 75$ spent!!!?????????
