Jersey Mike's Subs - Cocoa Beach

Went here to order food because my man was picking up lunch for us when When ordering a Philly cheese steak sub asked if there was cheese on it just a normal question to ask didn't think I was going to get laughed at like I was stupid, I as a loyal customer who goes there at least twice a week especially on my lunch break where I don't have much time and was told to vacate the premises without being served due to the managers poor quality of service Savannah and Katrina thought it was funny to laugh at me and asked me to leave I Would never eat at this establishment again. When my woman went to go get food for us she was asked to leave the store too because she asked what was so funny about asking if the Philly cheese steak came with the cheese already on it. They started cooking the food for her and asked her to leave as well even though she went by herself. How do you choose to treat customers like this we pay for the hours that the company is able to provide for sandwich makers that work there. Not only did we not get food but we got verbally assaulted and embarrassed by the employees that were there during this incident. This happened from 11am until 11:45 August 2, 2023.

Great friendly service even though it was close to closing time when I arrived and the food was fresh!

Called to place an online order and the employee was sighing and giving attitude because I couldn’t hear her. My food was delicious, until I bit into my sandwich and about 2-3 pieces of hair was in my sandwich. They gave me a refund but I’m disappointed at how unsanitary this is. No hair nets when cooking or gloves.

Nice fast food place service subs in Cocoa beach. It's about 10 min from the main beach in a big plaza with many other fast food and other restaurants. I liked the freshly sliced meat and cheese slices.The place itself is small with maybe 4 tables to sit. It was too cold for us to sit there and we had to sit in our car and eat. Service was fast and efficient.

They really are hit or miss. I had the manager argue with me about a sandwich I received which was CLEARLY wrong. They aren't the best at paying attention to their tickets. Often things are missed. I only go because my son likes them, but this location I could do without...
