Longhorn Steakhouse - Collierville

The Caesar salad was overly dressed, and the server neglected to leave out my croutons. The bread lacked flavor, and the asparagus was bland. However, the New York strip was quite good! The server was attentive and checked on us frequently. Unfortunately, this location had a musty odor and felt somewhat worn down.

The only standout dishes at this restaurant are the Breaded Parmesan Chicken and the Stampede Cake. Their Arnold Palmer with sweet tea is also quite enjoyable. However, when it comes to their supposed specialty—steak—it falls short. I would never order a steak from here again. Everything else is quite good, but the one thing that should be exceptional really isn’t. So, no steak for me. Rating: 3/5.

I consistently have a great experience at this LongHorn location. The food was delicious, just like always. Our server, Cam, was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being busy, he was very attentive to all his customers. His personality was also fantastic. Food rating: 4/5.

Great service and food quality. You can call ahead to be added to text seating list. Steak needed no sauce and was very tender. Dining room could use a little more space. Maybe remove one table or so. Otherwise perfect. I had the ribeye.

Terrible service and cheating with the bill. We got our dinner with 30 min between each other because they forgot half of the other. One in our company got his beer 45 min after he ordered it. Afterwards they said that they would remove some for the bill, but they didn’t.
