Meshikou Ramen - Columbus

A sandwich so juicy and saucy they give you gloves with every order.Meshikou chickin street fried chicken is a newer extension built off of Meshikou noodles. With a limited menu, choices are pretty easy, with sandwiches and sides.Both the spicy chicken sando and the Katsu sando were phenomenal, both times made fresh to order in a quiet place that many people seem to miss.The vibe inside is newer and clean, staff are reserved but nice, and the food hits. What’s not to love?

I was excited to try the curry corn and teriyaki baked beans, but the flavors didn't work and needed more seasoning. The salad dressing was enjoyable. The new Chinese takeout containers looked nice, but they were difficult to toss and didn't allow easy access to the sauce at the bottom. Parking was easy with plenty of free spaces in the strip mall/shopping center.

I visited this place to sample their ube and matcha soft serve ice cream, and it was delicious. The flavors were just right, not too sweet. I will definitely be trying their chicken in the future!

Honestly, I am a vegetarian so I haven't tried their chicken. However, after having Ramen at a nearby restaurant, I noticed flyers for their soft serve. I mean, who can resist soft serve ice cream? They offer flavors like black sesame and Ube, and I highly recommend trying a mix of both flavors. It's the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Don't wait, go try it now!

Had lunch here for the first time with a couple friends.....and man the food did not disappoint. I ordered the Meshikou garlic bomb wings with a side of curry corn and chikin seasoned rice. Everything was delicious!!! The sauce was a great balance of sweet, savory, tangy and garlic flavor. I will definitely be going back again!!
