The Food was Old Cold. There were Teeth Marks on the cold fries the Burger, patty, bun, lettuce was wilted and stale NOT even Warm~ the cheese never melted to the meat the Egg was nearly RAW-Not over easy. It took 20 min to get a glass of water.The Mgr was texting on her phone most of the time seemed annoyed when I was talking to her. The waitress was Extremelyverbally RUDE. This is The Worst Restaurant experience I've had in 58 Years!!! I truly believe me and my wife werediscriminated because we are bi-racial. Your Employees just want a Pay Check~ They could care Less about customer service oryour bottom line...I recommend you clean house.

Just ate there 30 minutes ago. I sat at the bar and got terrible service. Took 40 minutes to get a guacamole burger and fries that had basically no guacamole on it. The waitress was terrible had to ask for refill as she's right there was never givennapkins. All the staff was standing around watching her male drinks like they've never seen alcohol before and it's the coolestthing they ever saw. Then her Co worker comes there and sits at the bar and instead of offering me a refill she goes and talksto her friend. I downplayed my tip to 3 dollars but now I wished I would have purposely spilt my coke all over the bar and gaveher no tip. That's what happens when you hire gen z I guess they have no work ethic and management obviously has no standards intraining these clueless people

Stopped in for lunch, was seated in the bar area dishwasher was banging very loudly. Waited a while to put in the order. Waited about another 20 minutes for our drinks (water) to come. Ordered mozzarella sticks took over 60 minutes for those to come out(cold). Food came out 20 minutes later. Fries cold and hard. Should have just left when I was asked at the 60 minutes if I stillwanted the mozzarella sticks. Also the place was empty. No reason for it to be so horrible.

I went in and I actually waited at the front entrance for 5 minute's and as I was walking in I got greeted by an employee and from there she asked me where I would like to sit, and I chose to sit in the bar seating area at a table. Then the waitresscame and gave me the menu and then it took like another 10 minutes before I saw her again, then I placed the order and got adrink. The drink was pretty much watered down.. I mean way down! The lady that was making the drinks was all on her phonetexting and not once washed her hands while she was making drink's. I saw this after my drink was brought to me. Then I noticedthat the table was dirty so I asked them could it be cleaned. The food was cold and the fries we're like they were recooked. Itwas like 5 customers in the Bar dining room area. There was no staff on this side at all. And then I was ready to leave and ittook like 25-30 minute's before I had to go and look for a staff member and say I would like my check! It was a HORRIBLEexperience and a waste of Hard Earned Money. The problem is the employees there that are supposed to be working is on theircellphones! There needs to be management there that can handle these issue with the customer's or take some time out retrainthe employees!

I was able to order burger patty w/pepper cheese mayo (keto) and remain in ketosis! Thank you for accommodating those of us who are no longer calling food fun but just required. So intensely satisfying. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Overall greatexperience!
