Every cake and cookie I tasted was delicious. The ambience of the bakery and pleasing personality of the proprietor Marilyn is over the top .

I had a piece of the chocolate cake. It was delicious. The prices however will keep me from making this my go to bakery. Very expensive. I'm sad.

I've paid twice as much for jazz shows without anything to eat or drink included in the ticket price. Various artists perform on select Sundays, so be sure to check it out. Let's support this Black couple's business! It's a quaint and cozy spot that feels like a modern version of Harpo’s Juke Joint from The Color Purple—clean, beautifully decorated, and with charming seating for about 50 people.
