Our best time in Baume-les-Messieurs! A magical site (Belvedere view of the circus in the garden with admirable and adorable hosts. The room was perfect (8 for 3 people and the dinner was fine and lovingly prepared by Mr. and Mrs. Noir with their daughter. Monsieur was a companion of duty in the restaurant business: he experienced the greatest kitchens in Paris and the world (Georges V, Tour d’Argent, etc. . Dinner on the shaded terrace in the sun without a sound was a real luxury. And we naturally slept very well. Go there with your eyes closed!

It must have been almost 30 years since I visited this hotel. 30 years later, the hotel has of course been renovated, no more floral wallpaper, but fortunately the charm has been preserved.
