Bento's Hibachi Sushi Express - Crofton

Been here dozens of times, tastes great, never an issue.

This is a great place. However, I cannot understand why they have this overcooked rice all the time. The rice is either overcooked or not the right type for the meal. Time to upgrade the rice. So, I gave this place another shot and tried the noodles. Even worse experience with those than the rice. Not to mention they are now reducing the amount of meat in each meal like Chipotle and water down teriyaki sauce. Started off 4 star and above, and now they are reaching for the 2 star range with me. I wish they would stop cutting the quality of the food we get.

Food is pretty average and not memorable. Service is great

I called ahead of time and asked if they have avocado, shrimp, and salmon. The guy said yes! I come in to order the shrimp hibachi with mixed vegetables noodles and side of avocado, he then says we don’t sell avocado . I can’t sell you avocado . Even though they have avocado. He did not want to make it or cut it for me, yet and still they make sushi with advocado. I’m a paying customer I asked could I have avocado on the side for extra fee and he said no we don’t sell. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. Especially after he just told me over the phone he has. Waste of my time.
