Starbucks - Crystal Lake

I recently got lunch from this restaurant and was very impressed. The price per person was in the $10–20 range, which I found to be quite reasonable. The food was delicious, earning a perfect 5 rating from me. The service was also excellent, with a quick and friendly staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself was also very pleasant, earning another 5 rating. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious and satisfying meal.

The food and service at this restaurant have been excellent. However, I was disappointed today when I tried to quickly use the bathroom and found that the doors now have keypad locks on them, making it difficult for customers. This decision may cause some customers to lose interest in this location. There are other Starbucks and high-quality coffee options nearby that are more accessible. I hope they reconsider this policy and make their bathrooms more easily accessible in the future.

I accidentally spilled my drink, but the staff at this restaurant were extremely kind and accommodating. They quickly made a new drink for my friend and cleaned up the mess without any hesitation. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

Came here after my daughter and her friend finished a summer class as a treat. Place was clean. We were greeted promptly. Was able to find a spot to sit outside and people watch while the girls chatted. I would come back when in the downtown area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's a Starbucks.... consistent. This location: Pros: Downtown CL location, plentiful outdoor seating. Cons: Dirty bathrooms, Harried service, parking can be a problem.
