Dunkin' - Dacula

This is a fantastic spot for coffee. Even after lunch, I found myself in desperate need of a cup, and it was still fresh and affordable.

Every single time I go there is always a 50% chance my order will be right. All I ask for is ice coffee with little or no ice. Didn't think it would be very difficult to NOT put ice in coffee.

I’ve consistently found that they run out of donuts by 3 PM. Additionally, their employees aren't wearing masks, despite Dunkin' Donuts' nationwide policy mandating them. This raises concerns about food safety, especially when considering the risk of airborne viruses, potentially from an infected employee. I won’t be returning. I’ll choose to get my drinks and treats from Chick-fil-A next door, where safety is a priority.

Poor poor poor. Asked for an iced decaf drink and donuts. In return got a hot drink and it was caffeinated. Couldn?t drink it. The donuts were old and stale. Rude service and no type of customer experience training. Do not come to this house place. Explains why they never have a wait time.

I've been going to this Dunkin' for a while... so long that I can pull up and they know my order just from seeing my car. I have never had a bad experience. I've only occasionally had coffee that I could tell was new just after the machine had been cleaned (I could taste the cleaner still, but I have a very sensitive palate at least I know they are cleaning the equipment regularly).
