Tops is a hidden gem in downtown, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. It's my personal secret for enjoying the downtown experience. The staff is friendly and will remember your name after just a few visits. There's no fuss here—just great food and a wide-ranging menu.

DOWN TOWN PEOPLE. Service was great and the owner made us fell wellcome.The food was very good and we will go back in the future, to try all the items on the menu. We felt like this is a resturant accually gives people there moneys worth. Highly recomended

EXCELLENT!!!!. I will definitely be going back to this hole-in-the-wall burger/seafood/Chinese food place. The burgers are very good and although give the impression of a greasy burger seemed to have lean well cooked meat. <br/ <br/ But mostly I will be going back to try their Chinese food...My co-worker and I walked in for the burgers and will be going back for the Chinese food. It smelled and looked delicious and we almost lost view of the ultimate goal...burgers...but next Friday the goal will be curried chicken and sauteed veges...or sweet and sour wings...or fried rice and chicken...the list goes on... <br/ <br/ Happy Eating!

You cannot go wrong here. The fish is fried to perfection all you need to do is ask for EXTRA seasoning if you like you food with seasoning.. if not get it regular and add your own. Either way its the best I've had in Dallas.
