Crackling pork paradise here!!! The cracklings very crispy. Not too salty. Love all the rolls and the onion rings. Good for dine in or even take away

Small, takeaway set up. Friendly staff. Decent variety on the the menu. The food was decent and well prepared. Probably need a few more chairs for those who want to sit in.

Soft and juicy with a crackling skin Mr Crackles specializes in roast pork belly and the menu extends to include lamb shoulder and crumbed chicken in a roll. They are located in Darlinghurst with minimal stool seating available. Due to limited seating, ideal for take away. I read how good the roast pork was that we decided to grab a roll for the drive home. We had to try the Crackles Classic so we ordered 2. The roll was topped with thick juicy and tender pieces of 5 spiced roast pork belly and Asian salad. This pork belly is fantastic, just melts in your mouth, some of the best around. The roll has a bit more pork than a typical pork roll and a lot less salad, so it fits fine in the roll. However, if they ignore your request and give you a baguette instead, it just can’t fit and spills out the top and onto the floor. And the pork may be good but you can get good pork rolls for half the price.

Crackles classic: amazing crackling cup : big what a joy it was to finally get my hands on a sexy gay cat role by mr. crackles. the black was juicy and the shy was refreshing. the crunchy cup was so crispy that he could not eat, but there was no complaining. I think to sprinkle a little salt on the cracks and it would be a 10/10.
