They never give napkins or sauces. They never speak to you at the window! No thank you have a nice day. It?s sadto see they don?t change it?s dirty outside here. I?m wondering why looking at the reviews the owner and managers see zeroproblems here. Drive-Thru is a flipping nightmare and you get stuck if you pull in on the side road we saw one car run intosomeone trying to pull out. So, we pull up to the drive-thru first we couldn't understand the person and they were rude. Thenyou get to the window and she was even ruder. The food was good but the flow of the drive-thru and staff make it easy for us todecide we won't be going back here.
Ordered drive thru. Ordered spicy, I got mild. I had sides of mashed potatoes and red bean, no plastic wear was included. Soda was flat. I guess shame on me for not checking before driving off but I mean c?mon do better.
Been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks trying to give them a few chances; first and second times they were out of the beignets with no answer had to when they'd have more; same as honey mustard dipping sauce. Didn't bother asking for either the third timeas if you're not getting consistent deliveries, it ain't worth me asking to just be disappointed. Then the third time they ranout of KETCHUP I mean come on that's a basic condiment a fast food place should always have. No napkins either; had to ask forthose as well as utensils; they were never given in the bag as they should be. At least with the beignets they tried to make thesituation better by offering apple pie but for someone who can't eat cooked apples, they could've offered me a partial refundwhere I basically had to beg. Will always go back for the chicken but will keep back up McDonalds packets in my purse so I havewhat I need for my meal ????
If I could give zero Stars I would first off I had to wait for food that was not a big deal but then when I finally got the food and asked for five sauces the manager told me I could only have three I offered to pay for the sauces and was told no the saucesare free but I could not have them. Can you imagine buying $30 worth of food and not being able to get two measly extra sauceshow low down do you have to be to gaurd sauce? I had to send someone else in to get the two free sauces. Poor customer servicelike this costs businesses money as I won't come back. The manager Danielle has a bad attitude and clearly hates her job. In theend I still got the sauce and she made herself look foolish and cost the store future business. Unbelievable.
43 mins waiting time. No cars at drive through . 6 people working on floor. Others in kitchen . Watching people ordering and leaving. . I guess they don't go by order time. They don't treat delivery orders same as in person either. ..Need a manager toexplain online customer orders are as important as the store orders.
