Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe waited 1.5 hours for our delivery. Our subs arrived damp and definitely not fresh. When I called to ask for a refund/or new subs I could pick up, I was hung up on by the female answering the phone.
In our busiest day of the year at our school they messed up the order (w/ an allergy concern mind you) and then refused to fix it or even reimburse us for 1 sub. Manager (Sarah) was beyond rude. Bring your business anywhere else.
Don't go near this place. We had to change our order and they did the refund wrong and refused to correct their mistake. So we are dealing with the bank to get our money back. $200 plus dollars. Train you employees.
We were in a hurry for a large order , in and out on 15 min . Best service ever.
Not a good experience Ordered a #9 Italian sub plain "regular "bread and clearly specified NO ONIONS ..... They requested a tip at payment even before yo see or eat it...purely counter ordering, counter pick up process.... Gave them a 10% tip amazing they have the gall to suggest more for purely counter service) Got home miles away discovered the sandwich had ONIONS in it.... I can 't take onions .... They ruined my sandwich.... got a tip .... $10 for a bad sandwich ! never again !!
