Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - DeKalb

I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with the man at the window was incredibly disappointing. On September 11, 2022, at 4:40 PM, he informed me that they were out of ranch dressing, mac and cheese, cookies, and fries—basically everything except for "no pages." I find that hard to believe. With my extensive experience in food, I'm not easily fooled; it seemed like he just didn't want to make the items. It felt like we were wearing a "boom" on our heads because it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. How can they call themselves a restaurant when they don’t have any food available? It's laughable.

I wish I could give a zero-star review. The food is always amazing, and I'll give them that. However, they never have mac and cheese available. The staff lacks any customer service skills. The lights are never on when you arrive, but they switch on as soon as they open. The card reader rarely works, so they only accept cash. This location really needs to improve.

Would give as zero stars as possible. I'm gone a few times and they're always out of something or something. the workers do not speak clearly in the drive through, they mumble so that those of us can never understand them. eating has always been okay, but the hired are terrible. should be fast, not 20 minutes.

Popeyes je! we left at 7:30 o'clock! Apparently they are close to 10, but were from Macn cheese and eating everything was cold! they are “short staff”, but there is no single entry sign. we asked when they closed and they told us that they closed at 10, but no longer eat by 8! very poor service! they seemed to be upset that we had order and that we had a good time!

This is probably one of the most ghetto popeyes I have ever been to in my life. No matter what time you come during the day, their card machine is always out and only accepts cash. Then, the time this popeyes closes is at 10:00 p.m., when 9:00 p.m rolls around they love to tell customers they either ran out of chicken or don't have chicken at the moment. For popeyes to be a great franchise this location is absolutely terrible and the workers always either have a attitude or don't want to work! This location needs better management and customer service! No one is forcing anyone to work at popeyes, if you don't want to work here stop forcing yourself to if your going to give out horrible atitudes and poor customer service!!!!
