Anise Modern Vietnamese Eatery - Denver

The atmosphere was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the background music. They were a bit short-staffed during my visit. The prices felt a bit high compared to the quantity and quality, but that could be due to pandemic-related factors and inflation. The tofu was cooked exceptionally well.

This is my second time in Denver, and I absolutely had to stop by this restaurant again. The curry with tofu and rice was amazing, and I ordered the Anise vegan special once more (which was the main reason I returned) – it did not disappoint! The food is definitely high-quality and fresh, and I can't wait to come back just to sample more of their dishes!

The beef spring rolls were the best we've ever tasted—fresh and absolutely delicious! I didn’t manage to take a photo, but they were really good. The Bahn Mi sandwiches were also fantastic! The food staff did an excellent job!

Great Vietnamese restaurant. Awesome service and delicious food. Has the pork vermicelli and crispy pork rolls. The rolls were so good I destroyed them before I could take a photo.

Wow!! This place is soo good! All the food is so fresh and the sauce served with the food A ! I’m vegan and there are lots of vegan choices. I had the lemongrass noodle. Just so incredibly good! The staff was also A . Highly recommend!
