Menya Noodle - Denver

I stopped by this restaurant before heading to the mountains and ordered the tuna and salmon poke bowl, along with spicy chicken ramen. The noodles were fantastic, and the poke bowl was just right. However, I was surprised to find that the flavor of the ramen had a distinct Korean fusion, which I hadn't anticipated.

This has become my new favorite poke spot because you can customize your own bowl! Vanessa usually takes care of me, and she is fantastic! She's attentive, very lovely, and always friendly. This is the best ramen and poke place in downtown Denver! Plus, they are quite generous with the sauce, which I really appreciate.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my coworkers, and we were all in the mood for either ramen or poke. Luckily, it's within walking distance from our office, making it super convenient. We were also fortunate that there wasn't a lunch crowd, so we were able to place our orders and receive our food promptly. Initially, I was hesitant about the ramen because, after trying it in Japan, I haven't found many places in the U.S. that measure up. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the ramen here! It was delicious and tasted remarkably similar to what I've experienced in Japan. The flavors were spot on, and the noodles had an authentic texture—a quality many restaurants fail to achieve. This place will definitely become a regular spot for my visits to Denver!

A friend and I came here before a hockey game and had a great experience. We had been to this location a few years prior and recalled that it was pretty tasty and affordable so we decided to check it out again. We ordered the bulgolgi bun, spicy misoRamen and kimchi Ramen. Everything came out very quickly and tasted amazing. Definitely love this place and if I lived closer Iwould eat here more often.
