Which Wich Des Plaines

The catering meals here are outstanding, and I highly recommend trying them all. I truly enjoyed my experience!

The PHILLY CHEESESTEAK is decent as far as cheesesteaks go, but I have to say, it’s the smallest "Large" I’ve ever encountered. My Galaxy S22 Ultra is the same length but wider than this weak excuse for a sandwich. It feels like it was made for Hobbits—it’s almost surreal. They crafted an okay sandwich suited for child-sized fantasy characters, slapped a $15 price tag on it, and called it a day. This is only a "Large" if you’re a student at Zoolander’s school. The only universe where a typical, healthy-sized adult would consider this $15 sandwich as large is the one from 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids,' only in this case, it’s you, the customer, who gets shrunk, not the kids. This is absolutely ridiculous. As far as I know, Which Wich isn’t a middle school cafeteria, so they really need to reassess how they define sizes and apply terms like "regular" and "large" to their menu items. I took about eight normal-sized bites, and the sandwich that barely qualifies as bland was gone.

I really enjoyed the sandwich; it was delicious! The staff member was very polite and offered some great recommendations. However, the restaurant could use a thorough cleaning since the tables were all dirty.

I always used to enjoy Which Wich varieties of sandwiches and there bread. However, the chain has gone done hill significantly. The prices have spiked big time and the quality has gone down. $13 for a 11.5 inch sub which doesn't seem that big as the bread is really thin and I was still hungry after. Their are so many better sandwich shops with better quality and cheaper as well. I wouldn't recommend coming to this establishment if you are wise with your money and choices.

So you get mad at me and give me a nasty attitude every time I ask for a receipt? You need to learn some customer service skills, how to respect people (and maybe a better personal hygiene for someone preparing food). Truth has to be told, after 2 years of being a loyal customer buying sandwiches in bulk.
