Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Dumas

I really enjoy Braum's! I ordered my usual combo but decided to swap my drink for a shake this time. Unfortunately, I ended up finding four small pieces of plastic in my shake. I called the store to report the issue, and they were very responsive—offering me a free shake on my next visit and even removing the specific ice cream batch used for my shake from circulation. The food is great, and the customer service is excellent. I assured the management that accidents happen and that I appreciate their proactive approach, but I advised them to be more cautious about what might end up in the shakes. Despite this hiccup, I will definitely return because everything else was perfect. Yes, I was hoping for a flawless shake, but they did their best to rectify the situation. What more can I ask for? Thank you, Braum's!

This place has the best burgers around, exceptional prices, and outstanding service.

It was quite enjoyable. I particularly liked the ice cream, and the burgers were decent as well. However, the service was a bit slow, and the drink machine was out of order.

Love the fact that you can get grocery items here you don't see anywhere else! Excellent burgers, fries, and amazing ice cream sundaes!

I had an excellent experience at Braum's in Dumas, TX, thanks to the manager, Candice. She provided outstanding service and cooked one of the best burgers I've ever had there, all while being quick and efficient. I also enjoyed a huge ice cone. I highly recommend dining there and placing your orders. I left feeling very satisfied!
