Baskin-robbins - Dunedin

The drive-thru attendant was incredibly impolite! He didn't even bother to warm up the brownie that came with my sundae. It felt like placing an order was a nuisance to him. I definitely won't be coming back. Luckily, a Dunkin' Donuts is opening up closer to my house!

During my visit to DD, the staff was excited to serve BR ice cream, and they were quite generous with their portions. While I love supporting small businesses, there are times when you simply crave a frozen treat, and that's when this place truly shines.

This restaurant shares a space with Dunkin' Donuts, and it's a fantastic pairing. The ice cream, donuts, sandwiches, and drinks are all top-notch! The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, the hours are convenient. I highly recommend giving this place a try! You won’t regret it, I promise!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing! I definitely won't be coming back to this location. The staff was very rude when we tried to place our order, and they clearly weren't paying attention since we had to repeat ourselves three times. We ultimately decided to leave; it just wasn't worth it. I noticed the car in front of us also drove away without ordering, likely for the same reasons. I feel sorry for the woman who was behind us, probably bracing herself for a similar letdown. If you're considering visiting, I'd recommend going to a different location or just staying home, because you won't be getting any ice cream here.

Terrible service. I attempted to order the World Class Chocolate at the drive-thru, and instead of informing me that it was unavailable (which I would have understood), they tried to substitute it with two different flavors, assuming I wouldn't realize the difference.
