When I ordered my Corona, I received a lime but no glass—now that's a restaurant that knows how to cater to its customers. I requested hot sauce (not Texas Pete), and the lovely and friendly server Veronica brought me a dish of their homemade hot sauce, which was excellent. I wanted to try my daughter’s shrimp, but she devoured them immediately and absolutely loved them! The decor is tasteful, and the entire place is spotless, including the restrooms. Don't waste your time at the pretentious Mexican restaurant in downtown Dunedin; instead, check this place out for an outstanding meal featuring authentic homemade food in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The Mexican food here is consistently fantastic. We come back every few weeks and always have an excellent experience. The margaritas are also delicious. They offer complimentary chips, but you need to request them to ensure that each person receives them fresh. So be sure to ask for chips! The food is wonderful, and everyone I've brought along has enjoyed it as well.
The restaurant offers fresh, made-to-order, delicious, and authentic Mexican cuisine. The decor is clean and vibrant, though the authentic Mexican music might be a bit loud for some. Being family-owned, you can truly sense the pride they take in their food. The prices are competitive too. I tried the soup and quesabirria tacos, and everything was spot on. The sliced avocado in the soup was a delightful surprise. Located next to a bingo hall and a European deli in a bustling shopping center on Alt 19 and the causeway, I had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend!
I just enjoyed one of the best Mexican dinners I've had in over a year at this restaurant. Everything was super fresh and packed with flavor; it was all amazing. I started with queso blanco as an appetizer, followed by taquitos and shrimp tacos, and wrapped it up with churros for dessert. For $80, it was a fantastic meal that I would have gladly paid much more for. The interior and decor were authentically charming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You should definitely eat here; you won't be disappointed!
