Pizza Hut - Ealing

This Pizza Hut location in Southall is the worst ever! My brother and I ordered a Texas meat pizza and a chicken supreme over the phone, but our order arrived an hour later with two Texas pizzas instead. The delivery man was silent and stared at me, which was awkward. After contacting the branch to rectify the mistake, we received a supreme pizza with beef and pepperoni instead of the chicken supreme we had originally ordered. When we called to complain, the person who answered claimed we had ordered a beef pizza, which was not true. The delivery man also seemed clueless and unhelpful. The so-called manager, Prabkitkatleen, was rude and did not speak English well. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Be warned, this location lacks customer service and communication skills.

Pizza was pre-paid, no refund or return, cant even complaint. Wrote an email to Pizza Hut Headquarters they are not bothered either. I always order cheesy bites it didn't have herbs salt on. Toppings were wrong :

I ordered pizza from this restaurant for my daughter's friends on their website at 7:22pm. The payment was pre-approved, but we received no notification that the food was going to be delayed. The order finally arrived at 8:30pm, and despite repeated calls, the store did not pick up the phone. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I called twice to order a pizza but they got off the phone. The operator was rude. The only way to order pizza is via the internet.
