Starbucks - East Lansing

Anyone who complains about the wait time is missing the point. The staff works incredibly hard to serve us drinks after class and truly deserve more recognition. They’re not compensated enough for handling such a high volume of customers—I've seen the line stretch to 40 people at times! I want to give a shoutout to the team for never letting us down. They remain friendly despite the pressure and always manage to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

I've visited this Starbucks countless times over the past five years while at MSU. It's always wonderful to get off the bus at Fountain Hall and treat myself to a coffee. The space is quite small, with limited seating, and it tends to get very crowded during lunch hours, often resulting in long lines stretching outside the door. If you see that happening, it might be a good idea to check out one of the other nearby options. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt that the staff here went above and beyond. When I requested a bagel with peanut butter, they informed me they didn’t have it. However, they offered me some almond butter they use for their protein shakes as an alternative for my bagel. It might seem like a small gesture, but it really impressed me. Thank you!
