Tandem Bagel Company - Easthampton

The cream cheese was excellent, and the bagels were tasty. I purchased six bagels and cream cheese for $12. The restaurant was very crowded, even though I visited on a Sunday morning. It would likely be a nice spot to grab a bagel and coffee when it's not as hectic. Additionally, it would be helpful if the menu was expanded. I had difficulty reading the descriptions under the items until I was at the counter.

We are regular customers at this restaurant and everything on the menu is fantastic. I recently tasted their pumpkin spice cream cheese on a French toast bagel and it was incredible. Their bagels are always a great choice.

Easy to order online and quick pick up right by the door. Cute building and friendly staff! Snickerdoodle bagels are yum!! They have sandwiches, too.

I come to tandem basically every weekend and I’ve never really had any problems but today was different. I understand it’s Christmas weekend but the blonde girl took my order and then turned around and had a conversation with another employee complaining on how they made her come into work. Realized she didn’t even take my boyfriend’s order. And then took his order. Usually the customer service is great but today was not. I wish she would have finished taking our order before turning around and talking to another employee.

Food is always fresh, service is excellent. Order ahead on the Toast app.
